Stella-Meri Studios/Apartments, category 3 keys, is a family owned and run private touristic enterprise, rather new as it started functioning in 2010, under the license of the Hellenic Tourism Organization. The studios are located in Agios Ioannis, on the outskirts of Nea Skioni (1600m from the village), in Kassandra peninsula of Chalkidiki. They are 105 km from Thessaloniki and approx 80 minutes’ drive. The property is 30 m from the coast. The main building is surrounded by a 1800 sqm lawn, safe for children to play in. Pets aren™t allowed in the facility. All apartments have a sea view. From the studio’s balconies your can enjoy the view of Thermaicos bay, North Aegean Sea with the magnificent sunset. 120m from the studios is a free beach with very clear waters, but it doesn’t have umbrellas and deck chairs. The studios are approx 30sqm and composed of 2 rooms, a living room-kitchenette, a separate bedroom with double bed and a private bath. All studios are identical. Each studio can accommodate 2 to 4 visitors. They are for 3 adults with 1 child or a 4-member family (2 adults + 2 children), who wish to spend their holiday in a peaceful environment. Each studio / apartment equipment includes a well equipped kitchen for 4 persons; small refrigerator; personal safe; hair dryer in the private bath; air conditioning unit; 20″or 22″ LCD TV; veranda with garden furniture and the magnificent view to North Aegean Sea; linen and towels are changed every 4 days. Additional facilities: free parking in the courtyard; free Wi-Fi access at all public places and balconies; 2 permanent BBQs in our courtyard for our guests, free of charge; a small playground with 2 swings for children.
