Villa Lucia is fully renovated, situated on a hill 500m away from Episcopi Village, in a 6 acres area full of trees and flowers, and with an aerial view of the Cretan sea. The interior size of the villa is around 300 sqm separated in two floors with an inside ladder. The villa can accommodate 10 to 12 persons in the 5 private bedrooms situated in the second floor. In the first floor there is a very spacious kitchen fully equipped and an extra large elegant sitting lounge with a wide 52″ screen satellite TV, DVD player music stereo, fire place and all the rest facilities that would make you feel like home.
